Everybody! How's the week?
My week is going alright. Our ward has a baptism this weekend which is really cool! The other missionaries are baptizing this member referral and it'll be great to see how the members respond to it. We're hoping for a lot more missionary focus going on.
Something really cool that happened was an area seventy came to visit! It was cool to hear from him. He told us about how a mission is us preparing our mansion in heaven. We can't cut corners or it's not going to be the best house we could've received. If we cut corners in building it in reality we're just going to jip ourselves. So all the more reason for us to do our best in everything we do so at the end we can be proud of the work that we do. He compared it to a father asking a son to build the biggest best house for him (the father.). The son knew the father already had many houses that were fantastic and amazing so as he was building he'd cut a corner or two to save on cost or time or energy and at the end it was an okay house. Not the best but okay. Then the father handed the keys to the son. The son had built his own house without knowing and now got okay, not the best.Do the best you can!
Sorry it's short, maybe I'll send pictures next week ha
