Hey, I made it to the Preston, England MTC safely! My first two flights weren't too eventful except that a nice old hippie man sat behind me haha. But then in Chicago I met up with about 24 other new missionaries all going on missions in England. It was hilarious, for the flight I was sitting next to a drunk lady who absolutely loved to talk. She shared her flaming hot cheetos with me and then flew asleep on me after trying to hold my hand... It was a little awkward haha but I managed to make it through. When we landed in Manchester we met up with a few more Elders, one from Australia and two from Malaysia and a couple others. Then we hopped in a coach (bus) and drove here to Preston. I think we are all new here with no senior companions and another crowd is piling in this afternoon. My companion is Elder Page from Idaho. Only a couple of the elders really stand out just for what they do. Like Elder Duncan always looks serious until someone talks to him then he gets a big grin, Elder Yost gets super outgoing when he's anxious, Elder Austin is a really cool guy all around and Elder Stephen is a car fanatic. The elders from Malaysia were the first ones taking pictures hah and they pulled me into them which was cool. All the computers here have this weird thing where they type all the letters twice sometimes and it's really frustrating because you have to log out and log back in and everything a couple times. Anyway, our P Days are on Wednesdays so I will have time to email and write letters on those days. Other than that, 7am to 9:30pm is classes and meetings the whole time. It's really beautiful here. Everything is green and it's either raining, already rained, or about to rain haha but I love the weather. It's just cool enough to see my breath but we always have to wear our jackets so it's great. I love you all and miss you lots!
