So what's up!!
This week I feel like I haven't been in my area at all! We've had two exchanges where I left and zone interviews with President! Haha but it's been great.
Tuesday we had an exchange where I went to St. Albans and had a great day with our zone leader. It's funny because a ton of the leaders are younger in the mission than me. But they are so smart! The Lord definitely knows what he's doing. It was a good exchange because I really got to testify through the whole day. It was like I just testified of everything and it was really powerful! Wednesday we got to go have a great chapel tour with this 82 year old woman. She was so sweet and kind haha and she accepted a book of Mormon to read and pray about! I love meeting wonderful people who have such a good attitude towards life at that age. They're the best. Thursday was interviews! Got to see President and talk about the area and the work. It was wonderful! We had another talk about consecration to read. I love that we've been having so much concentration on consecration because it's caused me to think of what I will give to God. I think everyone has to think of how much they're willing to sacrifice. One thing that really stuck out to me was a phrase about how the only thing we can really give up that God can't take away is our will. He can't take that from us. We have to give it freely. I love that. And I'm working on it haha. Friday we got a leak in the flat fixed (no more wet feet! yay!) and then helped primary with some sports and a message about the Brother of Jared! I love spending time with the kids. They soak the gospel up so much. Then another exchange! This time with the district leader. Into Saturday it was really good as well. You can always learn from leaders, no matter what.
It's been a good week. Peace, Elder Jespersen haha
P.S. Abbey Road! Beatles style. And snail races!
